2010 Albany NY St. Patrick’s Day Parade will be held Saturday, March 13th, 2010 The parade steps off at 2:00 p.m. on Central Avenue. It proceeds down (East) Central Ave. to State Street (past State Capitol bldg. and City Hall) then north onto N. Pearl Street where it disbands at the foot of Clinton Ave.
