Look what arrived in the package and what my friends will be taking home:
Don't you want to be my friend and come to this party??? This is just a sampling of what was in the box. It was loaded with deodorants and body sprays, together with a fun dice game, and bags with tissue paper for each person to take their goodies home in. THE HOSTIES.....Host a BIC Mark-It "Holiday Crafting" Party (ENTER NOW)
By coincidence, I came across this site, the hosties, on Facebook.
If you are anything like me, you love to have parties. Hurry over to the hosties on Facebook and set up to host a BIC Mark-It Crafting Party. There is 100 slots left, so hopefully you can get a slot.
Set up your party, add at least 6 friends and wait for your shipment. Your party pack will consist of a 36 pack of BIC Mark-It markers for yourself and one set for your friends. You must take pictures and send our surveys after the party to show you had it. How easy is that????
I can't wait to host mine. Let me know if you sign up and if so, if you get picked!
Happy Partying!

MIX PUPS PARTY
What little girl would not want to have a MixPups party? Both of my girls were in their glory when a package arrived full of MixPups dogs, accessories and play set. A party was to be planned and participation was needed! This really was not hard to do, as I know lots of people, both friends and family, who have little ones and are always looking for new ideas of fun-time for their little ones.
It was a Wednesday night and a party was about to happen - a puppy party that is "MixPups". Both Emma & Kylie have been talking about this party all week, and trust me it is very hard to keep them away from the box full of goodies, especially when they know how many hours of fun are contained in that box.
Both Emma and Kylie's friends came over ready to play. We had puppy hor d'eurves, such as Hot Diggity Dogs, Puppy Chow, Dog-gone Good Bones, and Puppy Love Parfaits, Chillin' MixPup Punch (drink) and the MixPups stations were set up for the kids to enjoy. Every child that came to the party went home with 2 MixPup puppies and accessories.

Look at how cute these MixPups are? All guests, including my kids had hours of fun with them.
This is a toy definitely not made for kids under the age of 3 as the feet come off the puppies for easy access to change the accessories on the animals, and with them being very small, kids could choke. Parents, please keep this in mind when purchasing for your child.
Here are some pictures from the MixPups party - enjoy!
Every little girl will love MixPups - it is going to be the next fad! My daughters till play with their playsets and maybe, just maybe, Santa will be bringing them more if their good.
Thanks everyone for an awesome MixPup "puppy" Party!

Near East Cuisine "Couscous" Party
I have recently had the pleasure of hosting a Near East Cuisine party for 8 of my friends and it was funtabulous to say the least.
What is a Near East Cuisine party you ask? Well, let me explain. It is a party wherein I invited 8 of my closest friends over and we all played a part in creating a delicious and quick dinner. Couscous it is! My description of couscous is a cross between rice and pasta. Quick to make and rather delicious to eat.
The party started when my guests arrived. I had their goody bags set at the table as their seating arrangements, Near East decoration signs up and the recipes from Across the World scattered throughout the kitchen for everyone to check out.
We started the assembly line and everyone had something to do, whether cooking the chicken, cutting the veggies or cooking the couscous, it was all a group participation. The food took minutes, literally to cook. We put it together and made up our plates. Let’s just say we all had seconds!!! We made so much that when our husbands and kids came over, after the party, they too ate and enjoyed it. A win-win for all of us wives as we now have a quick and delicious dinner to cook.
Near East couscous comes in a variety of flavors and there are a bunch of recipes of their website that you can try (also on each box). This is now a staple ingredient in my home. I can’t wait for my next Near East cuisine meal as I know it’s gonna be good!

Chicken and veggies sauteed and ready for the couscous.
Couscous is added (to add even more flavor when cooking the couscous, try using chicken stock instead of water)
Mixing everything together - yum! Doesn't it look delicious? Well, FYI - it takes just as good as it looks (if not better!)
Oh my goodness - this is delicious - for seconds, guests gathered around the "not finished yet island" and ate.
