TOYS R US: Notice of Proposed Settlement of Class Action ($5 Merchandise Certificate)

If you timely returned to a retail store an item purchased online at Babies R Us, Babiesrus.com, Toy R Us, Toysrus.com, between May 4, 2003 and October 29, 2010, and DID NOT receive a full merchandise refund, there is pending litigation in the California Superior Court for the County of Santa Clara entitled Kedem, et al v Toys "R" Us-Delaware, Inc., et al, Civil Action No. 109CV141570 (the "Action"), filed on your behalf.

To receive a merchandise certificate, you must fill out a Claim Form for Group II Class Members here.  Once completed, you can either email the form to settlement@toysrus.com or mail to Toys "R" Us, 1 Geoffrey Way, Attention:  Claims Administrator, Wayne, NJ 07470 on or before February 3, 2011.
